I read the prospectus and I’m ready to make a purchase! What do I do next? 
Once you’re ready to buy your sponsorship, visit the shop page below to make your online purchase. 

I just checked out, what do I need to do next?
Once you have checked out, you'll need to get your attendees registered (see the next question for more information), send your logo as a vector image to [email protected]. Based on your sponsorship type, additional materials may be required. A member of our team will reach out if this is the case.

What is included with my purchase?
Each vendor space (silver level and above) consists of a hightop cocktail tables, tablecloth, access to the conference Wifi. Power is not officially included with your booth, but if there is an outlet nearby, you are free to use them. 

How to I register my attendees?
For any registrations included in your sponsorship, simply email [email protected] with your attendee's name, email and title! If you're bringing any additional attendees, you can register them on this page by clicking "Book Now" above.

How do I find out where my booth is going to be located?
All sponsors will be in the Adams Foyer, pictured in the expandable column below. Exact table location is based on sponsorship type and will be communicated to you directly by September 30th. 

What do I need to know about Sponsor set up?
Vendor set up will begin at 6:00am. Breakfast starts at 8:30am, so all set up must be concluded by that time. More information will be posted here as it is made available to our team. 

What does the day-of schedule look like?

Are there any rules for signage? 
While we don’t have any restrictions on what you can bring, we do ask that you keep all signage or other materials within your designated area. If you are unsure, please reach out to [email protected].

How can I stay up to date on the latest information regarding the conference? 
Sponsor update emails will go out on the 1st and 15th of each month (starting in August) to notify you of details, information, changes, deadlines, or updates. Please ensure that your point of contact email is accurate when you purchase your sponsorship.

What dates and deadlines should I be aware of? 
See below for some current deadlines. Please note that there may be other items that are added to the list. Those will be communicated through email and updated here once we are aware of them. 

• September 15, 2024: Logos (.eps, .pdf, or vector files), videos, and other materials must be delivered to the League. 
• September 15, 2024: All sponsorship sales conclude. 
• September 30, 2024: Sponsor map finalized. 
• October 8, 2024: Last day to add attendees to the event.
