Strengthening instruction and serving every learner 

High-quality academic programs combine strong instruction, coherent systems, inclusive practices, and responsive support for individual students. The League works with charter school leaders, teachers, and student-services teams to strengthen teaching and learning while improving access and outcomes for diverse learners.

Support is tailored to each school’s model, student population, priorities, and current capacity.


Academic Program and Improvement Support
Cost: $175-$250 per hour

The League can help schools clarify academic priorities, strengthen instructional systems, and implement improvement initiatives. Support may include program planning, professional learning, data-informed improvement, change management, and customized consultation.


Teacher Coaching and Professional Learning
Cost: $175-$250 per hour

Schools that need additional instructional capacity can contract with experienced coaches for individual teacher coaching, team development, professional learning, curriculum or lesson-planning support, and implementation assistance.


 

Exceptional Education and Diverse Learners

Every student deserves access to a high-quality education that responds to their strengths and needs. The League helps schools improve systems, instruction, and schoolwide practices for students with disabilities, multilingual learners, gifted learners, and other diverse student populations.

Customized training and coaching may address:

  • Maintaining high expectations for diverse learners.
  • Universal Design for Learning.
  • Efficient and effective multi-tiered systems of support.
  • Student engagement and executive functioning.
  • Increasing cognitive lift and access to grade-level content.
  • Quality specialized instruction.
  • Standards-aligned IEP goals. 

Special Education Enrollment Reviews
Cost: Starting at $3,000

A Special Education Enrollment Review helps a school understand program strengths, gaps, and barriers that may contribute to low enrollment or limited access for students with disabilities. Reviews may include stakeholder interviews, observations, website and enrollment-material review, handbook and policy analysis, and examination of existing plans and data.
