Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for League Events

We understand that things change. Our cancellation policy is built from the idea that flexibility is important but that we also have guidelines that promote the well-being of our events and our other attendees. The cancellation and refund policy is below for most League events (except where noted otherwise). This applies to tickets and not Sponsorships (there are no refunds for sponsorships). Because sponsorships and ticket revenue are used on expenses prior to the event or training, we scale the size of the refund because of direct, fixed costs incurred. At times, the League (at its sole discretion) may offer credits, partial credits, or alternatives for other offsets. 

• For 90 days and greater from an event date: 100% refund
• For 60-89 days before an event date: 75% refund
• For 30-59 days before an event date: 50% refund (these will be processed by February 1, 2025)
• Within 30 days, no refunds, although the League will change out ticket attendees (any possible exceptions will be processed by March 31, 2025)

Great Schools Colorado Ticket Policy

For GSC tickets (Sub-Grantees, Authorizers, and Technical Assistance Pipeline) the League's cancellation policies apply in a modified fashion. You may supply a substitution attendee in your place should you not be able to attend. If you cancel and do NOT send an attendee within 30 days of an event that GSC is paying for, you will be sent the bill for the full amount to be paid in full since the event expenses cannot be recouped and the federal grant cannot be charged without attendance. Please ensure you have an alternate attendee lined up.
