How do I pay my invoice?
If you choose to pay for your conference tickets through our invoice feature, you will be contacted by our finance team who will collect your payment. 

How do I book a hotel room?

What happens if I register and then cannot attend the conference?
Registration cancellations/refund requests received 60 days prior to any event will be refunded 100%.
Cancellations made on or before 16-59 days prior to any event will be refunded 50%.
Cancellations made on or before 15 days prior to any event will not be refunded.
No refunds will be given for no-shows.
