How do I pay my invoice?
If you choose to pay for your conference tickets through our invoice feature, you will be contacted by our finance team who will collect your payment. 

How do I book a hotel room?
You can access our discounted room block through this link. 

What happens if I register and then cannot attend the conference?
Registration cancellations/refund requests received 60 days prior to any event will be refunded 100%.
Cancellations made on or before 16-59 days prior to any event will be refunded 50%.
Cancellations made on or before 15 days prior to any event will not be refunded.
No refunds will be given for no-shows, but you may exchange your ticket for another member of your team for no additional cost.

When should I arrive?
The conference will run from our Kick Off Happy Hour (4-6pm) on Wendnesday February 25th until the afternoon of Friday February 28th. 

Do you have a conference app?
Yes! Our 2025 Annual Conference App will be available 2 weeks before the conference. From there, you will be able to build a custom schedule, connect with other attendees, engage with sponsors and more! 

What's happening in the Esports Room?
This year, we’re excited to introduce a brand-new area of the conference dedicated to innovation, education, and community growth. In this dynamic space, attendees can immerse themselves in our Drone Soccer Arena, compete in the Esports Lab, watch live demos, explore hands-on tech exhibits, take part in interactive workshops, and connect with industry experts shaping the future of technology. Designed to inspire creativity and foster collaboration, this experience promises to be an unforgettable highlight of the event.
