Cancellations for League Events

We understand that things change. Our cancellation policy is built from the idea that flexibility is important but that we also have guidelines that promote the well-being of our events and our other attendees. For most League events (except where noted otherwise) the cancellation and refund policy is below. This applies to tickets and not to Sponsorships (there are no refunds for sponsorships). Because of the nature of how sponsorships and revenue from tickets are used on expenses as events draw near, we have to scale the size of the refund because of direct, fixed costs incurred. At times, the League may offer partial credits or alternatives for other offsets at its discretion. 

• For 90 days and greater from an event date: 100% refund
• For 60-89 days before an event date: 75% refund
• For 30-59 days before an event date: 50% refund
• Within 30 days, no refunds, although the League will change out ticket attendees
