FAQ: Leadership Summit 2024 Attendees

What is the conference schedule?
See below for the tentative conference schedule.

How do I book a hotel room?
We are not offering a hotel block due to the majority of our attendees being local. You book directly with the Gaylord through this link.

How do I validate my parking?
All attendees will be given a validation sticker to put on their parking pass at our registration table. Do not lose your pass or you will be fined.

Where do I go once I arrive?
We will be meeting in the Adams Ballroom on the ground floor of the Gaylord. Signage and event staff will be posted around the convention center to help you find your way around, or you can view our map above.

Parking & when you arrive:

Please view the parking map below to see where to park. When you arrive, bring your parking ticket with you (we’ll validate it at the League booth). Enter through the Main Lobby and head towards the Conference side of the building. You’ll see signage directing you to the escalators—once you go down, our League staff will guide you to the Adams Ballroom.
