📲 It's Easy to get the Conference App

The 2025 Colorado Charter Schools Annual Conference is just one week away! For the most convenient and comprehensive conference experience, we highly encourage utilizing our app.

1. Download now. If you are reading this on your phone, click this link. If you are on a desktop, scan this code with your phone. Sign up using the email address associated with your registration to receive a validation email that will provide access to the app. Once inside the app, search for the organization “Colorado League of Charter Schools” and then click “2025 Annual Conference” in the Upcoming Events tab.

2. Once inside the event on the app, navigate to More at the bottom right of the screen. Scroll down to Event Logistics and click on Event Details. If you see the 2025 Annual Conference information, you’re all set and ready to go! 

3. Explore, plan and play. Choose your workshop sessions and identify the interactive exhibits you don’t want to miss, including author meet-and-greets in the Book Nook and drone soccer plus esports demos in the EdTech area. Game On! encourages you to seek vendor solutions for schools in exchange for a chance at great prizes. And of course, the full schedule, venue map, speaker list and exhibitor locations are at your fingertips. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Some users are finding that they are logged into the 2024 conference rather than the 2025 conference. 

If that is you, follow the instructions below to log out of the 2024 conference and access the 2025 Annual Conference event:

1. Navigate to More at the bottom right of the app.
2. Click on the arrow to the right of your name/email address.
3. Inside your personal profile, click Log Out at the top right.
4. Log back in using your registered email address.
5. Once logged in, select the 2025 Annual Conference from the event list.
