The next board chair cohort meeting is next week, December 19th from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Our session topic will be on Leading Effective Leaders.

One of the most important responsibilities you have as a board is hiring, evaluating, and supporting your school leader. During this session, you will be provided tools such as sample leader evaluation timelines, evaluation templates, and leadership training and development resources. Do you have an excellent leader evaluation and support system at your school? We want to hear from you!
We will also have time for open discussion related to issues at the top of your mind.
