Designed for charter school board chairs and presidents, this cohort explores topics that support boards as they lead high-quality schools.
Our 60-minute meetings are designed around themes such as:
- Governing board systems
- Leadership evaluation and support
- Board recruitment
- Understanding school finance and operations
We divide our meeting time equally between board education and collaborative discussion. Tools and templates will be shared for immediate use and are archived in the Documents section for future reference.
