Having a deep understanding of Waldorf early childhood education and live into the beauty of it. The Assistant will work hand in hand with the Lead Teacher to provide a loving, nurturing environment for the children. We are looking for a compassionate human who has strong communication skills, demonstrates warmth, knowledge of child development, and is able to observe and care for our children’s physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual development and wellbeing.

Our creative and passionate faculty is looking for a colleague who will enthusiastically join in our collaborative work with faculty, staff, and parents/caregivers in our Lower School. The ideal candidate has experience teaching students within an inclusive, safe, and respectful learning environment and a strong interest in offering Public Waldorf education.
