Mountain Phoenix Community School is seeking a Full-Time Student Support Coordinator for the 2025-26 school year.

Our dedicated team is accepting applications for a Student Support Coordinator opening at the beginning of the 2025-26 school year. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative candidate to support a healthy school culture and work closely with students, families, and staff to foster positive working relationships between home and school. This position is full-time, in-person at our school campus in Wheat Ridge, CO. 

Minimum qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree required; in the field of education, school counseling, social work, or related preferred.

A minimum of 5 years teaching, or working in a support, counseling, or behavioral intervention role in ECE-grade 8.

Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds.

Familiarity with relevant school policies, procedures, and legal guidelines regarding student support and behavior.
