Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of preschool students.
Supervise and engage with children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Support classroom management by maintaining a positive and structured learning environment.
Facilitate literacy education through interactive reading sessions and storytelling activities.
Collaborate with educators to assess children's progress and adapt activities to meet individual learning needs.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills in early childhood education.

Skills
Bilingual/Multilingual
Experience working with students in an educational setting, particularly in preschool or daycare environments.
Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
Proficiency in lesson planning that aligns with early childhood education standards.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
Knowledge of Montessori methods or private school educational practices is a plus.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics while fostering a supportive atmosphere for all students.
Commitment to promoting literacy education through engaging activities that spark children's interest in reading and learning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.75 - $27.40 per hour
