Having a deep understanding of Waldorf early childhood education and live into the beauty of it. The Assistant will work hand in hand with the Lead Teacher to provide a loving, nurturing environment for the children. We are looking for a compassionate human who has strong communication skills, demonstrates warmth, knowledge of child development, and is able to observe and care for our children’s physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual development and wellbeing.
The Lead Early Childhood Teacher will have a deep understanding of Waldorf early childhood education and live into the beauty of it.
