Required Qualifications
Valid Colorado Administrator License issued by the Colorado Department of Education
Seven years+ of successful classroom teaching experience in a school setting
Experience in instructional leadership and teacher development
Demonstrated expertise in curriculum implementation, including the ability to lead the selection, integration, and continuous refinement of instructional programs
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire high expectations and a culture of accountability
Ability to support students with diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
Desire to build and sustain a strong partnership with families and community stakeholders
Proven capacity to manage complexity with adaptability, sound judgment, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional presence and polished demeanor
Availability to work weekdays; evenings and occasional weekend events as required
Responsibilities
Lead staff onboarding and induction processes following the approved Induction Program
Direct curriculum implementation and alignment with state standards and the Core Knowledge Sequence
Supervise student assessments and progress monitoring
Analyze student data to drive instructional decisions and close achievement gaps
Lead professional development and instructional coaching to improve teacher practice
Promote staff retention and morale through recognition, support, and strong communication
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director to ensure school success
