Deputy Headmaster

Ridgeview Classical Schools is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in education leadership to serve as a Deputy Headmaster and oversee the culture of our school. The Deputy Headmaster will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and supportive school culture where students can thrive academically, socially, and morally. They will also stand in for the Headmaster in his absence and assist with the day-to-day management of the school.
The Deputy Headmaster will develop and implement comprehensive character education programs that promote the school's Character Pillars. Oversee the implementation of fair and consistent disciplinary procedures that uphold school policy and standards of conduct. Provide guidance and character education to help students navigate difficult situations and make positive choices, support students experiencing personal or behavioral challenges, and communicate effectively with parents regarding student behavior and discipline policies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Educational Leadership Role (5+ years)
Willing to uphold school discipline
Patience with students and parents
