POSITION: 2025-2026 School Year Middle and High School Teachers Positions (Any Subject Area)

GRADE LEVEL: Middle or High School Positions available

LOCATION: Hiring at multiple locations. Learn more about our 16 schools here.

SALARY: $58,000-$80,000 based on years of aligned experience up to 10 years. We also offer a relocation stipend if you are moving from a location greater than 75 miles from Denver!

STATUS: Full time school year, benefits eligible, exempt, in-person position

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree (Any Area)

By 10/1/2025, demonstrate In-Field Status: There are multiple ways to demonstrate content knowledge to serve as a teacher with DSST Public Schools! IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

Proven commitment to and experience with serving students of color, students with disabilities, and/or multilingual students

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Using data to analyze and drive their daily practice.

Taking personal accountability for their impact to improve the minds, outcomes and lives of youth, and are reflective of their practice in order to be responsive to their students.

Creating learning environments to support youth in owning their learning & academic success.

Modeling and maintaining high expectations for all learners

Identifying personal strengths that will support the school’s core values, guiding philosophy, expectations, and school spirit.

Engage in feedback sessions with an instructional coach.

Seek out and request opportunities for growth and continuous self-improvement in teaching, both in and out of the classroom.

Willingness to engage in constructive dialogue with students, colleagues, and school administration.

Actively support and participate in the school’s professional development programs

Support the school’s core values and policies inside and outside the classroom with colleagues, students, parents, and the larger community.

Additional duties as assigned such as supporting student recruitment, running a small group advisory class, after school tutoring, etc. See many of our possible duties here.
