Monday's HR Session - Retaining Strong Talent
Hi all!
I hope you've had a fantastic week as the weather warms up, and we get ready for the Super Bowl. I wanted to make a quick correction to the message that automatically went out regarding our cohort on Monday at 10am.
We will be focused on Retaining Strong Talent, not performance improvement (If you missed that session, check out all the resources in the documents section on the League site). Please bring your awesome ideas and tools and get ready for one of my favorite topics. We will also touch on:
- The return to the 2020 Title IX regulations;
- An idea for a salary information collection; and
- Other key shifts we might encounter in this age of Executive Orders
Cannot wait to see you all and ensure our teachers stay in our classrooms in service for all our kids.
