Inclusive practices: making the most of push in and coteaching services

I always say that when I walk into a GenEd classroom and the Special Educator is just standing at the back of the room without a role or purpose, I can't help but see dollar signs floating out the window. Special Educators are hot commodities and when they are being under utilized due to lack of planning or lack of development it has incredible implications on student outcomes as well as our school budget. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone today at 9:30 to catch up and then discuss ways to make the most of push in and coteaching services. Here's the Join Zoom Link for those who can join https://us02web.zoom.us/s/89479547375. If you can't join, please share in this discussion how your school has worked to maximize the push in and coteaching services.
