What should you be thinking about now so your special population programs have a strong start the next school year?

Strong student services programming doesn't just happen by chance! So, today's SPED Leader Cohort meeting at 10:00 am will cover the topic of what you should be thinking about now to set your school up for success the following year! Here's the zoom link if you would like to attend https://us02web.zoom.us/s/86401839302
We are going to be discussing what you as a Special Education leader should be doing now around recruitment and enrollment, procurement and budgeting, staff development and scheduling, and idea generation and piloting. Are there other things that you can share with us that you do to proactively plan for the next school year? Join the cohort session or drop ideas here in this discussion!
