Payroll company recommendations? We are growing frustrated with PayChex and would like to shop around a little in the new year-

Prospect Ridge Academy Charter we have about 150 employees and use Paylocity

Wildflower Montessori Public Schools of Colorado uses Gusto. It has been very user friendly and has great customer service.

We moved all of our schools in Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona, Nevada, and Idaho to Paycom this past year. We have 30-40 employees in most of the Colorado schools. We have up to 220 staff members in some of the Nevada schools. We also moved our Educational Service Provider company to Paycom.

Goal High School uses Paycom currently. We have about 650 employees. The end users really like it, there are some administrative challenges and its more expensive than others we have used in the past like Paylocity, but it does have some nice features.

Jefferson Academy is also starting to look at this and I'm wondering if anyone responding could mention their number of employees as well. I've heard some schools pick certain companies because of the quality or other recommendations that didn't work out because the cost was too high for their number of employees or their scope of use.

We use isolved here at Windsor Charter. It has both the HRIS and payroll capacity, and is easy to customize.
