This position is responsible for carrying out the scope and sequence of the elementary intervention programs, teaching small groups or working with individual students in math and literacy, tracking data, attending parent meetings, and coordinating with other interventionists and special education staff members. The Elementary Interventionist also supports classroom teachers and Learning Services team members by providing research-based information about interventions.
