Colorado Community Schools Conference
Stronger When United: Advancing Community Schools for a Colorado Where Every Child Thrives
This statewide conference will bring together district and school staff, families, funders, government entities, community organizations, advocacy groups, networks, and coalitions. Join us to learn strategies for strengthening schools and ensuring every child has the support they need to learn, grow, and thrive. The conference spans two days: a site visit to Central Elementary School on Thursday, November 6, in the morning, followed by the Collaborating for Learning & Health pre-conference workshop and a welcome reception at Mile High United Way, 711 Park Ave. West, Denver. During the pre-conference workshop, participants will build skills to support the Community Schools strategy, explore collaboration frameworks, and map local systems. The main conference takes place Friday, November 7, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Lowry Conference Center, 1061 Akron Way, Denver and will provide opportunities to connect, learn, and be inspired by the potential of community schools to support every child.
