- Establish and maintain a joyful, well-organized classroom that promotes scholarly inquiry and respectful discourse.
- Maintain consistent discipline practices that foster a safe, positive, and orderly learning environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging, content-rich English instruction aligned with principles of classical education.
- Collaborate with faculty and academic teams to analyze student data and design appropriate instructional responses.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and provide additional academic or behavioral support within the school’s MTSS framework.
- Communicate professionally, regularly, and effectively with students, families, and colleagues regarding academic progress, behavior, and growth, and assist in resolving concerns as needed.
- Attend and actively participate in department meetings, professional development sessions, and faculty meetings,implementing instructional strategies and best practices learned.
- Serve as a positive role model, upholding the school’s mission, values, and commitment to student formation
