We utilized two companies to retrofit all of our lighting in 2017. We used Sparkfund to provide a affordable financing solution and Enertech to do the actual work in replacing all the lighting inside and outside of our building. My Husband is an electrical contractor and has been working with our school for the last 3 years changing these out. When I asked him about this, this was his response "There is really no reason to do it all at once if they don't have a grant. I can show them what we have charged you over the 3 years we have been doing it slow and sure. We can literally make this happen over years rather than all at once, by using what we take out. We actually just went ahead and paid for the project ($50k for our campus). The savings for electricity will help for next year's budget.
