About Caprock Academy
Caprock Academy is a tuition-free, public charter school in Grand Junction, Colorado, serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Founded in 2006, we opened our doors to students in the 2007-2008 school year with a mission to provide a rigorous classical education that fosters intellectual curiosity, personal accountability, and strong character development.
As a school of choice, we emphasize classical education, a time-tested approach that builds a strong foundation in critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving. Our commitment to Character, Accountability, and Academics prepares students for lifelong success in college, career, and civic life.
