About Academy of Advanced Learning
Academy of Advanced Learning will serve 60 students per grade in Kindergarten - 6th grade upon opening in 2017. Grades 7 and 8 will be added in 2018. We focus on personalized learning with instruction centered around each individual student. Students who need more instruction and support will receive it, while students who are ready to move on will be equally challenged. In addition, students entering AAL in Kindergarten through 2nd grade will be able to read by the end of 3rd grade with our Read By Three program. Character will be taught through our Habits of Success program supported by the school s core values (personalized learning, quality staff, engaging parents, creating habits of success and a focus on outcomes). In addition, AAL offers free before and after care with extended learning hours from 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. with instructional time from 8:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
