-What’s the smartest way to structure multi-year budgets that protect programs in lean years?
-Are we making the most of state capital construction grants?
-Is our board finance committee driving the right governance conversations?

I’m reaching out to see if you have any details available regarding the breakout sessions for the upcoming Annual Charter Finance Seminar.

I’m trying to determine whether it would be worthwhile to make the three-hour roundtrip to attend in person or if participating in the main sessions via Zoom would be sufficient. Any information you can share about the breakout topics or schedule would be greatly appreciated and will help in making an informed decision.
