Who attends the Leadership Summit?
Leadership Summit attendees are comprised of leaders and staff from more than 50 schools across the state and over 25 of our closest partners and funders. Charter schools in the state represent over 15 percent of all public school students, 262+ total schools, and 136,000+ students. These schools and students represent over $2B in spending each year.

I just completed my purchase. What do I need to do now?
After checkout:

  • Email your vector logo (.eps, .pdf, or .ai) to [email protected].
  • Register your included attendees (see below).
  • Watch for additional materials required based on your sponsorship tier—a team member will reach out if applicable.

How do I register my attendees?

What’s included with my vendor space?

  • Silver-level sponsors and above will receive:
  • Designated Networking Station
  • Access to conference Wi-Fi
  • Power is not guaranteed, but if an outlet is nearby, you may use it.

Where will my booth be located?
All sponsor booths will be in the Adams Foyer (see photo below). Table placement is based on sponsorship level and will be confirmed by September 30, 2024.

When can I set up my booth?
Setup begins at 6:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Please complete setup before breakfast begins at 8:30 a.m. Additional setup details will be posted here as available.

Can I bring signage or banners?
Yes! Just ensure all materials remain within your designated booth area. If you have questions, email us.

How will I receive updates?
Sponsor emails will be sent on the 1st and 15th of each month, starting in August. These emails will include updates, deadlines, and logistics. Be sure your point of contact email is accurate when you purchase.
