We’ll keep this page updated regularly as new details and resources become available—so be sure to check back often!

Dates & Deadlines

  • October 31: Last date to register and pay for your sponsorship to get free power (Gold-level sponsorships). Introductory rates end for some sponsorships.
  • November 30: Last date to register and pay for your Gold Sponsorships or Bronze A/B Sponsorship to select your booth location. (Platinum, and Diamond sponsors choose your booth based on what is currently available at the time of purchase.)
  • January 15, 2026: All Logos, Sponsor details, Sponsor attendees, names, titles, and email addresses are required for League staff. 
  • January 25, 2026:  Conference App available for Sponsors to update their online materials for contacts, address information, and confirm all relevant information is up to date for conference attendees.
  • January 31, 2026:  All Sponsorship Sales conclude, and all invoices are due.
  • January 31, 2026:  Last date for reduced-price sponsorship ticket sales.  
  • February 1, 2026: Conference App available to the attendees.
  • February 5, 2026: Last date for electronic logos, videos, or other materials for promotional purposes to be delivered to the League for updates.
  • February 5, 2026: Conference App promoted to the public.
  • February 10, 2026: All conference bag stuffing materials, or Ballroom Sponsors' free-standing banners (who can’t attend the conference), must arrive at the League offices at the address below. Please do not send us your booth materials – See shipping information for details (coming soon).

  • Choose Your Booth Location: Select your spot by November 30, 2025 here. 
  • First-Time Vendor? Welcome! Please send your logo as a vector file to [email protected].
  • Share Your Main Point of Contact: Let us know who from your team will be the primary contact for event logistics.
  • Review Your Sponsorship Details: Be sure to carefully read through your product description(s) and send us any specific deliverables required for your sponsorship—this helps us fulfill your benefits accurately and on time. 
  • Stay Onsite with Us: Book your accommodations through our official room block here (coming soon) to stay close to the action and connect more easily with attendees and other sponsors.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I select a booth?
You can select your booth location here before November 30th. After this date, booths will be assigned by the organizers. Tip: Be sure to sign into your account to submit your booth request.

How can I pay my account balance? Can I pay by credit card over the phone?
You may pay your balance by credit card during sponsorship purchase or choose to be invoiced. If invoiced, our finance team will contact you with payment instructions.

How do I update my company information (name, contact, email, etc.) for exhibitor logistics?
Please send all exhibitor updates to [email protected].

How do I register my team?
Register your attendees here. Please check your sponsorship details for the number of included registrations.

Is there a hotel room block?
Yes, you can access the room block here (coming soon).

How big are the booth spaces?

Exhibitor booths in the Atrium and ED-Tech Room include:

  • One full registration
  • Power access
  • Pipe and drape with a 10-foot space
  • A 6-foot table and one chair

Cocktail table options (hightop) provide approximately 3 feet of space on either side, with a table approximately 42" tall and 30" in circumference, covered with a tablecloth.

Can I cancel my booth after purchasing?
No cancellations or refunds are allowed except in cases of force majeure.

How do I make an attendee substitution or cancellation?
