HOW DO I SELECT A BOOTH?
You may select a booth through this link before November 30. After that date, the League will assign all booths.
Tip: Be sure to sign in to your account to submit your booth request.
HOW CAN I PAY MY ACCOUNT BALANCE? CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE?
You can pay your sponsorship balance at the time of purchase via credit card or by requesting an invoice. If you choose to be invoiced, our finance team will follow up directly to process payment.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY COMPANY NAME, CONTACT INFORMATION, OR EXHIBITOR DETAILS?

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE BOOTH SPACE?
All exhibitor booths in the Atrium and ED-Tech Room include:
If you purchased a High-Top Table option:
Your space will include a high-top table (approximately 42” tall and 30” in diameter), covered with a tablecloth, with approximately 3’ of space on either side.

Please reference the sponsor schedule below for the most current setup and exhibit hours.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOTH AFTER PURCHASING?
No cancellations or refunds are permitted, except in the case of force majeure.
HOW DO I MAKE AN ATTENDEE SUBSTITUTION OR CANCELLATION?
Refunds are not issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
However, attendee substitutions are allowed at no cost.
To request a substitution, please email [email protected] with the attendee’s name and updated contact information.
ARE THERE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS?
Nonprofit pricing is not automatically applied. If you believe your organization may qualify for a reduced rate, please contact [email protected] to discuss available options.
