Lake George Charter School is seeking a passionate and student-centered Secondary ELA Teacher to join our growing team for the 2026–2027 school year. We are a small rural charter school that values strong relationships, creativity, collaboration, and hands-on learning experiences for students.
This position offers the opportunity to teach in a supportive environment with small class sizes, a four-day school week, and a close-knit school culture where staff truly make an impact. We are looking for someone who is flexible, enjoys building connections with students, and is willing to help create engaging learning opportunities beyond the traditional classroom setting. Opportunities to teach electives, sponsor clubs, or support extracurricular activities may also be available depending on candidate interests and experience.
