Key Responsibilities & Abilities
- Engaging Instruction: Create and implement daily lessons aligned with the Core Knowledge sequence. Integrate modern technology into your instructional strategies.
- Differentiated Learning: Positively impact student achievement by tailoring and differentiating instruction based on individual learning needs.
- Data-Driven Focus: Utilize data-driven instruction to foster the intellectual and social development of all children.
- Classroom Culture: Maintain high expectations and routines that promote cooperation, respect, and safety. Model and promote RMAE’s Core Virtues.
- Strong Communication: Provide timely written and verbal feedback to students and families. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Licensure: Valid teaching license issued by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) OR status as "Highly Qualified."
- Bonus: Experience in or knowledge of charter schools is a major plus!
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range $54,500 to $70,000, determined by experience and qualifications
- 182-day contract
