Dear HR Cohort,
I’m so excited to see all of you at our first cohort session of the year: Charting the Year Ahead: People, Priorities, and Performance.
This kickoff session sets the stage for a successful year together. We’ll:
* Align on key talent priorities across schools and networks.
* Clarify the intersection of HR and school leadership.
* Build shared accountability for people-centered goals that ultimately drive student success.
This is more than a planning session; it’s our chance to name what matters most in our work this year and commit to how we’ll support one another in reaching those goals.
Please come ready to share your top priorities for the 2025-2026 school year, any pressing challenges you’re navigating, and what success would look like for you and your school community by year’s end.
