Final Meeting of the Year: Monday, June 16 at 10am
Hello friends!
Congrats on another year down and all the Summer excitement of off-boarding, late in the season hiring, and prepping for onboarding for the next school year!
Based on some of the outreach I've received in the past few weeks, we will be spending a bit of time on Monday discussing the Grievance process, investigation supports and tools, and how to set up next year's staff for success in interpersonal challenges. We will hold time for questions and discussion of other challenges you are facing as we head into the summer, and as always, review a few key updates on HR policy.
I know many of you may already be on vacation, so I will record the session materials so you can catch up.
I look forward to seeing as many of you as can make it!
