Human Resources Cohort

Hi all,

Huge thanks to those who were able to make it out today (and happy tidings to those of you on summer vacation!). I'm including all of the materials and resources from today’s session below. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need support with anything.

I also want to take a moment to directly acknowledge and apologize for the “sales pitch” tone of the last session. I had reviewed the facilitator’s plans in advance and had emphasized a focus on getting strong data and participation, so I was surprised by the direction it took. I truly apologize that it didn’t meet expectations, and I’ll be much more intentional about who we bring in going forward. Thank you for sticking with me through my early “at-bats” leading this cohort and for your continued grace and partnership.
