I wanted to be sure the Business Operations Networking (BON) group is aware that our Ops & Finance Cohort is meeting this week and the topic may be especially relevant right now. All are welcome to attend.

Many schools are finalizing draft budgets in March ahead of board approvals. Kyle will kick us off with a short legislative update on school finance and PPR at the state level. Kim will then focus on how schools can translate that information into budget updates, scenario planning, and staffing decisions.
