Book Your Room

The Gaylord is offering a special group rate—first-come, first-served. Room block deadline is January 30, 2027. Book early to secure the conference rate.

Power

For Presenting, Diamond, and Platinum sponsors, power is included with your sponsorship. Sponsors in the Exhibit hall with Standard booths (Bronze A) receive complimentary power if you purchase and pay prior to December 15, 2026. Power for Bronze-level B and C sponsors is available only through individual purchase at the venue.

On-site Kinkos is available.

Contact Encore, the on-site technology provider (televisions, screens, projectors, etc.).


Booth space
  • All Exhibit Hall booths (Bronze A and higher packages) include a pipe and draped 10-foot space, a sixfoot table, and two chairs.
  • Exhibit Hall Bronze B and C options have a high-top table as a “Networking Station”
  • We ask that you respect the space of your neighbors and stay within your space, and do NOT alter your booth or the pipe and drape in any way without permission.

2026

May 31: Last date to register and pay for your sponsorship at early bird rates.
July 31: Last date for Special Summer rates.
December 15: Last date to register and pay for your sponsorship at standard ratesto get free power
(Gold-level sponsorships).
December 15: Last date to register and pay for your Gold Sponsorships or Bronze A Sponsorship to select
your booth location. (Platinum and Diamond sponsors choose your booth based on what is currently
available at the time of purchase.)

2027

January 4: Conference room block will likely sell out.
January 19: All Logos, Sponsor details, Sponsor attendees, names, titles, and email addresses are required. Send to [email protected].
January 25: Conference App available for Sponsors to update their online materials for contacts, address
information, and confirm all relevant information is up to date for conference attendees.
January 26: Log in to your conference app account and verify your logo, description, and details are correct.
January 26: Verify that you have all your Attendees signed up, logged in, and confirmed.
January 29: All Sponsorship Sales conclude, and all invoices are due.
January 29: Last date for reduced-price sponsorship ticket sales.
January 29: Last date for electronic logos, videos, or other materials for promotional purposes to be delivered to [email protected]
February 5: Conference App available to the attendees.
February 5: Conference App promoted to the public.
February 12: All conference bag stuffing materials must be delivered to the League offices at the address
below. Please do not send us your booth materials – See shipping information for details. 

Traffic Builders
  • Interact through the App: With our App, you can capture attendees’ contact information by scanning the QR code on their badge. You can connect and interact with attendees. Invite them to your booth or event. Share information, details of your services or products, and more. This is another way for you to drive traffic to your booth.
  • GAME ON!: All attendees will receive a GAME ON! card when they register. To play the game, attendees will visit Sponsor and Exhibitor booths and have their game cards signed to be entered into the prize drawings. Have your pens ready to sign each card as people spend time with you, or have them scan their QR codes or your Sponsor QR code provided with your sponsor packet.
  • Time Blocks: We are dedicating time blocks on both Thursday and Friday for Sponsor visits and hosting.
  • Happy Hours: The Wednesday and Thursday afternoon Happy Hours are held both inside and outside the Exhibit Hall to draw traffic to that area. We invite ALL event sponsors to attend both Happy Hours to mingle with attendees and make the most of prime networking time.
  • Coffee and snacks: We’re also planning to host coffee and snacks in the exhibit hall to increase traffic to your location. Stay tuned.
  • Interactive Exhbits: We’re adding our interactive exhibits to the Exhibit Hall to increase traffic.
