Become a Conference Volunteer

Help make the 2027 Annual Conference a success by joining our volunteer team! Volunteers play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and engaging experience for attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and guests.

Whether you're looking to expand your professional network, gain event experience, give back to the community, or attend part of the conference at no cost, volunteering is a rewarding way to get involved.

Volunteers may assist with a variety of conference activities, including welcoming attendees, supporting workshop sessions, helping with registration and check-in, providing directions, scanning badges, introducing speakers, and sharing information with participants throughout the event.

As a thank-you for your service, volunteers who complete a full day of volunteer duties will receive a complimentary one-day conference ticket for the opposite day of the event. For example, volunteers who serve on Day 1 will receive free admission to Day 2, and volunteers who serve on Day 2 will receive free admission to Day 1.

To be considered, volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and complete the application form below. Volunteer assignments are based on event needs and available roles.

All selected volunteers will be required to participate in a volunteer orientation prior to the conference. Orientation details, including the date, time, and meeting information, will be provided to accepted volunteers in advance of the event.
