NV5 has extensive experience providing Owner’s Representative services for charter schools throughout Colorado, supporting governing boards and school leadership through all phases of facility planning, design, and construction. Our team understands the unique governance structures, funding mechanisms, and schedule constraints that charter schools face and works closely with stakeholders to deliver projects that align with educational goals and community needs. NV5 has supported charter schools across the state with services including site selection, budgeting and cost control, consultant and contractor procurement, design and construction oversight, schedule management, and closeout.
