The ED-TECH Zone Sponsor headlines the area within the Exhibit Hall dedicated to Educational Technology for charter school leadership. In appreciation, this sponsor receives the highest level of exposure in this area as a gold-level sponsor. Special email marketing goes out to all IT directors in the charter space with your name and logo on it.

This sponsorship includes:

Pre-Event Marketing

  • Four emails and a postcard will go out to IT directors at all charter schools in the state, inviting them to the conference, including your name and logo. 

Signage

  • Electronic: Sponsor logo placed on the League’s conference webpage in Gold position.
  • Logos placed on the main event page (web), agenda, and on the Sponsor page.
  • Print: GAME ON! game cards, Sponsor Signage, and Main Ballroom sponsor banner (2).

Booth

  • One single booth in our exhibit hall.
  • Complimentary power at your booth.*
  • Complimentary booth selection.**
  • Free power (if sponsorship is paid prior to December 15, 2026).

Other

  • Badges: Two (2) complimentary conference attendees. 
  • Marketplace: Complimentary Marketplace Listing for six months.
  • Lead Generation: Complimentary through the Conference App.
  • List: Post-event, electronic attendee list including emails (excluding opt-outs).
  • Bags: Your marketing collateral is included in conference bags (you supply 1,000 items).
