Facility Rentals

Hello Team, does anyone in the group rental out their facilities (gymnasium, cafeteria, etc.) to public organizations? And if so, what do you charge? Thank you.

We rent out several spaces in our building on a regular basis. Our rates are posted on our website at www.parkerperformingarts.org/apps/pages/venuerental

Hi John,
I'm so glad you asked this question. I find it strange that I received a call from a prospective renter just yesterday asking the same thing. Fortunately, he said he called back in 2023 and spoke to our previous finance director and he said we charge $45 for an evening. I am interested to see how other schools do this since we will need to update our policy as well.

Hi John - we use our District rental rates based on the rental space being used.

Hi - Wyatt does! We are currently renting our gym to a youth volleyball team afterschool for $25 a night.
