School Finance Training Opportunity - Mesa County (Aug 6-7)

Sharing a training opportunity from the Colorado School Finance Project that was recently passed along to me—thought it might be helpful for this group:

The Colorado School Finance Project is hosting an upcoming School Finance Training on August 6-7, 2026 at Mesa County Valley School District 51 (Harry Butler Board Room: 455B N. 22nd Street, Grand Junction).

Early registration is encouraged, and teams are recommended (e.g. Superintendent + CFO/Business Manager) to get the most out of the training.

A room block is available at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Grand Junction Downtown/Historic Main Street ($179/night). Participants should book their own accommodations using this link:
    Fairfield Reservations

If you’re unable to attend this session, there will be only one more training across the state: October 1–2: Loveland, CO

They’ve also launched a website to track trainings and materials.

Please see the attached flyer for more details.
