Sponsors may apply to operate the Afterschool Snack Program at any time during the school year. Participating sites can serve nutritious snacks during afterschool programs, including educational and enrichment activities.
The Summer Food Service Program provides an opportunity to continue offering nutritious meals at no cost to families during the summer when children and teens no longer have access to school meals.
The America’s Healthiest Schools program recognizes schools that create environments where students and staff thrive. Participating schools gain support, recognition, and practical strategies to strengthen wellness for the whole school community.
