Colorado Trust Loans for Rural Organizations

Colorado Trust is offering low interest loans to organizations in rural Colorado.  Consider this loan if you have a need for teacher housing, a kitchen expansion or build or have other ideas that strengthen community well-being.  There are a number of possibilities here.  Here are more details:

The Colorado Trust uses Program-Related Investments (PRIs) as a complementary tool to its grantmaking to advance health equity across Colorado. Through PRIs, the foundation deploys mission-driven capital—such as low-interest loans—to support organizations and initiatives that strengthen community well-being. These investments help fill capital gaps where traditional financing is not accessible and support efforts such as affordable housing, community infrastructure, economic opportunity and financial inclusion. By blending philanthropic and private capital, PRIs help catalyze sustainable, long-term solutions that improve health and opportunity for communities across the state.
