Casey Parrot LLC was founded in January 2025 with a view to providing superior legal services in an efficient, cost-effective, and user-friendly manner via a boutique public finance law firm focused on specific sub sectors of public finance where we are confident that our skills and experience are unsurpassed.

We regularly serve as underwriter’s counsel, bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and tax counsel in a variety of debt financings undertaken by special development districts and authorities (supporting residential and commercial development), charter schools, 501(c)(3) exempt organizations, conduit issuers and state and local governments in our home state of Colorado and across the country.
