The Colorado Operations Leader Fellowship is a five-month professional learning program launching in February 2026, designed to strengthen the leadership skills of charter school operations professionals across Colorado. In partnership with SchoolOps, this grant-funded fellowship combines in-person and virtual learning, individualized coaching, and a capstone project to support fellows as they build capacity, lead with confidence, and drive operational excellence at their schools.
