Achieving success in June actually begins on day one of the school year in September, and the key to success comes with carefully laid plans prepared now. In this interactive session, we will explore the components of strong school-year readiness planning and review examples and templates to guide our work. We’ll also facilitate opportunities for shared audience collaboration and insights. Attendees will leave with the proper knowledge and tools to re:vision their school’s readiness project plan, making key decisions and plans for the coming school year. This includes a road map for a successful school year launch that can be repeated year-over-year!
