Rachel Miller has been an educator for 21 years and has served the Aspen Ridge community for the past ten years—as a teacher, Assistant Principal, and now Principal. After moving from Kansas with her family, she quickly found a home at Aspen Ridge.
As Principal, Rachel is passionate about bringing the school’s mission and vision to life each day, creating a vibrant community where students and teachers are inspired to learn, grow, and thrive. Our school is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, building strong foundational knowledge, and nurturing character development while empowering every Owl with the skills and confidence to soar as independent, curious thinkers.
As a member of the Customer Success Team at Bullseye for Schools, Erica partners with charter schools and networks across the country to strengthen walkthrough, feedback, and coaching systems. Before transitioning into the EdTech space, Erica spent 10 years as a classroom teacher in Colorado, gaining deep, firsthand experience within the state’s charter landscape. She understands the realities of charter environments—from scaling instructional quality to supporting coaches and school leaders with limited time and resources. Erica is eager to connect and share how Bullseye is helping charter schools across Colorado streamline coaching systems, build consistency, and ultimately improve teaching and learning at scale.
Eric Rhoda brings more than 18 years of experience in education to his role as Interim Assistant Principal at Aspen Ridge, where he has been part of the community for the past nine years. He earned his undergraduate degree from Seattle Pacific University and went on to complete graduate studies at Princeton Theological Seminary and the University of Colorado Denver.
Eric is passionate about being part of the lives of young people. Having benefited from the guidance of many caring adults and mentors throughout his own journey, he considers it a privilege to pay that forward. His goal is to be a positive and supportive presence who helps students grow, mature, and become their best selves.
