For HR
I've trained hundreds of organizations and tens of thousands of leaders nationwide on communication and culture.
I focus on offering keynote presentations and custom trainings to make written and spoken communication more concise, understandable, readable, and efficient for all audiences.
Before starting Simplify Language in 2022 I was CEO for 22 years of a national nonprofit, Intercambio Uniting Communities, that I co-founded to connect English-learners with community volunteers. The organization continues to thrive and received a $2M grant in 2024.
