Based on the key concepts of Aligned Influence®, this workshop will present strategies and solutions to board members and school executives that will align their teams to ensure continuity, efficiency, effectiveness, and operationalization of the school. We’ll unpack key concepts as we detail the model, re:visioning a Board whose focus is to direct, protect, and enable and an executive whose focus is to lead, manage and accomplish. Walk away with clear steps to thrive in either role while understanding the concepts and processes that make governance and operations purposeful and meaningful. Attendees will be provided access to resources and opportunities for continuous coaching, mentoring, and support of the Aligned Influence® framework.
