This panel session offers practical tools, trusted guidance, critical network introductions so your bold ideas don’t burn out, but take root.
The session centers on story sharing, lessons learned, and open dialogue. Participants will hear directly from the leaders and founders behind several innovative, learner-centered charter models in Colorado. They will offer their experience and perspective on everything from curriculum design and budgeting to operations and enrollment.
Attendees will have ample time to engage with one another and the panel, ask questions, and build meaningful connections. The goal is simple: to ensure no small school feels isolated in the challenging, transformative work of changing education — one school, one classroom, one child, and one community at a time.
