This presentation will provide early childhood program providers (ages 0-5) with the opportunity to learn about training and technical assistance (T/TA) options offered by the Division of Early Childhood Workforce and the Professional Development Information System (PDIS).

Specifically, the session aims to help school leaders and teaching staff gain a deeper understanding of recent updates and available opportunities for the early childhood workforce. This includes new online, self-paced learning courses, as well as instructor-led training programs such as the Peer Mentoring Program, Expanding Quality for Infant and Toddler Care (EQIT), and Relationship-Based Professional Development (RBPD).

Participants will also receive information about career pathways through the Trainer, Coach, and Infant Toddler Specialist Credentials, as well as coaching and consultation opportunities. Additionally, attendees will learn about CDEC's commitment to language justice and its T/TA offerings in Spanish and Arabic.
